World Without Borders Ministry

Members Association Agreement

(A Private Members Association)

I hereby freely and voluntarily apply for membership in World Without Borders Ministry (hereinafter "the Association"), a Private Membership Association operating under Divine Jurisdiction and ecclesiastical authority as an integrated auxiliary of a faith-based church (Section 508(c)(1)(A)).

I understand that this Association is a private venue with original and exclusive jurisdiction, available only by invitation and approved application. By signing this Agreement, I accept the offer to become a member and agree to honor the terms, mission, and covenant nature of this Association.

ARTICLE I: MISSION AND PURPOSE

Section 1.1 — Mission Statement

I affirm and agree to act in accordance with the Mission Statement of World Without Borders Ministry:

Our mission is to advance the Kingdom of God on Earth by empowering His chosen ambassadors to live, travel, and minister freely under Divine Law — unhindered by the systems of man. We exist to equip and send missionaries into every nation with spiritual, legal, and economic covering, enabling them to spread the Word of God, establish Kingdom communities, and demonstrate Heaven's governance in every sphere of life. Through covenant fellowship, faith-filled stewardship, and unwavering obedience to the Holy Spirit, we are building a self-sustaining Kingdom economy and global network of believers who operate in liberty, righteousness, and divine authority. We move as one Body under Christ, carrying His light to the nations, manifesting His Kingdom order on Earth, and fulfilling the Great Commission through love, freedom, and faith that transcends borders.

Section 1.2 — Purpose of the Association

This Association exists as a society living in peace under Divine Law (the Laws of Nature and Nature's God), to provide mutual benefits to all members and to protect our members' rights to enter into private agreements through our God-given right to freedom of association, protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

ARTICLE II: PRIVATE CONTRACT NATURE

Section 2.1 — Private Covenant Agreement

This Agreement is a private contract between members of the Association. It is not a public agreement. It is not subject to statutory regulation or civil court jurisdiction in matters of internal governance, membership, or service.

Section 2.2 — Change of Legal Status

By signing this Agreement, I attest that I have freely chosen to change my legal status from a public person to a private member of this Association. My activities within the Association are protected by this private contract and by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

ARTICLE VIII: FINAL DECLARATIONS

Section 8.1 — Sound Mind and Voluntary Consent

I certify, attest, and warrant that I am of sound mind and body, competent to sign this Agreement, and that I have carefully read and understood the plain language of this Agreement. I voluntarily accept the private terms herein and intend these terms to bind myself, my family, heirs, nominees, agents, and assigns.

Section 8.2 — No Duress or Coercion

I declare that I am signing this Agreement freely, without duress, undue influence, or coercion. This is my own decision, made in good faith.
